Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for online orders.

Exchanges are accepted for in stock items only. To be eligible for an exchange the returned item must be unused and unworn. The item must not be washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any pieces back without getting confirmation from us to ensure you receive correct return address.

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

FALSE CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES

If you place an order, and then dispute the purchase, we will file an investigation with your bank.

If you made a preorder you will receive your product no matter what. Please allow time for production once order has been placed.
