When will orders get shipped with tracking numbers?

After an order is placed, please allow our team to process & ship your order within 1-3 business days (weekends not included). We strive to ship regular orders as fast as possible.
Fast next day shipping on NEW releases & Restocks will have "NEXT DAY" shipping in the description or caption on social media pages.


How does preorders work?

All preorders will be specified in the product description.


If you pre ordered an item please understand that pre orders are not yet made & have a production time of 1-3 weeks before your order is shipped to our HQ.

Your order is a priority! After we receive your order, your package will be shipped and delivered to your door within 1-3 business days depending on location and state. Oversea orders may take longer.

Please note that the payment processing time is separate from the production and shipping time and may take up to 24 to 48 hours for your payment to be successful (excluding weekends and national holidays).

Any delays or updates on your preorder will be announced on our instagram page @ntrvrt.art located in the highlights section.

 

When will I receive my tracking numbers?


Tracking numbers will be available and sent via email on file after order reaches shipping carrier. Order confirmation numbers will also be available and sent via email on file after order have been placed and once payment was successful.

All premade orders only take 1-3 business days to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We suggest selecting DHL worldwide shipping at checkout for the best, fastest shipping experience. Import fees must be covered by customer.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for deliveries, any delivery issues with DHL must be handled with DHL because we are not a shipping carrier.

Please note that once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over your package. Any delivery issues with the shipping carrier must be handled with applicable shipping carrier because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced under the shipping carrier they are responsible for claim, reimbursement & locating packages.

 

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (NTRVRT) you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
